This is what we made during our cooking class... while we were having a snow day. We made fruit pizza! We put together a low-fat cookie dough, used fat free yogurt as our frosting and cut many different types of fruit's for toppings!
It was great to see how we each decorated our pizza's.
Ethan took all of the banana's and oranges.
DH topped his pizza with kiwi's.
Eliza decided to lick off the yogurt, eat her fruit and then chose to save the cookie crust for last.
As for myself, I decided to stuff anything and everything in my mouth as fast as I could! Yumm...
