This is what John and I did last week. We went out 2, yes count them TWO times last week! It is AMAZING how your batteries can be re-charged when you get away from your mundane routine and experience something outside of the ordinary!

The first night we went to dinner at a local restaurant and then we went to the Planetarium! We watched and rocked out to U2 in the full-dome. U2 songs were set to lighting and animation effects using laser technology.

I'm a HUGE U2 fan. Thanks to my Brother Jarom who purchased tickets for a concert down in Vegas! I was in the 8th grade and it was such a memorable time! My Brother and I got SO close to Bono...what an experience!

The Second date night we went to The Melting Pot. It is a fondue restaurant and very fun! The meal took two hours. If you have the chance to eat at The Melting Pot, do it. Next time we will just go for dessert. Dessert was the best part of the meal!

After dinner we again went to the Planetarium! We went to another Cosmic Light Show and listened to Classic Rock!

Two dates in one week. We are so fortunate to have been able to spend alone time with each other. Thanks to my Brother Emer for the first date and our trusty 15 year old babysitter for the second night!
