CIA

Tonight our little family decided to go for a drive, our destination was- The Culinary Institue of America.
Emily has wanted to do this for quite some time. She describes The CIA as a "little hogwarts, but for foodies."
The names of the streets are herbs like parsley, thyme and Rosemary.
The CIA has a ristorante and bakery. We didn't get to taste or try any of those goodies, but we were just fine looking around.
Emily was thrilled to see the novice chefs in training, walking around with their white shirts and their knife bundles as their backpacks.
To end the night we went out for ice cream!
