I told myself that I wouldn't be like "everyone else, " I told myself that I wouldn't "get into it."

I haven't been able to do ANYTHING for the past three days, but read. One book after another.
It is a great series of books and I'm sure I'm not the first person to tell you about them.
I'm the type of person who likes to wait until the "fad" is over and then I will discover for myself if I like it, instead of having the masses "hype" me into it.
The first book, I believe was published in 2005(?) and there was so much hype about it. I understand why. What a GREAT BOOK! The other two books are published and the last one of the series will be out in August!
What a GREAT book and what an Addict I have become.
Read the books and become addicted like me. An addict always needs a friend!

Jessica has been re-reading the books and is eagerly anticipating the movie (along with the upcoming HP movie.) I read the first book and ending up telling people about this chaste vampire book that was out. Now I want to wait until the last book is out before reading anymore.
Oh, we're also glad you're back safe and hope your trip was great! By the way, I'm trying bagged meals and mixes-would you ever be willing to try something out and then give me your opinion?
Ha... this post could be mine as well. I broke down and read them over Christmas Break. I even got Tyler a little interested in them too!
I LOVE the books! I am not excited about the movie. I don't think they did a good job casting :( Oh well, maybe eventually I'll watch the movies but it wont compare the the books. Travis likes the books too, which is great since I had someone to discuss them with. Are you a jacob fan or an edward fan?
I am also an Edward fan. I agree with your reasoning completely too. It REALLY bothers me that Jacob think he can just barge in and take over. His attitude and behavior really puts me off to him. I just hate that he is so closed minded and focused only on Bella. It is creepy stalker like behavior. And with all that has happened between Bella and Edward, it would just be weird and awkward for her to be with Jacob. you know? I do hope Jacob meets some foxy (pun intended) lady, she'd be better than someone who didn't even want to be with him at first and has been with his enemy.
I do hope that she gets rid of the somewhat risque bedroom type scenes. I don't like them.
I am so there with you. I borrowed the books from Danielle Fowers and read them all in 3 days. Housework and children? what are those? Ha. The thing was after I finished reading them I was consumed with their world and it took at least a month for me to stop obsessing with them. I LOVE them and can't wait to buy my own copies that I am sure I will read over and over and over. The worse thing was after reading them I went to the website and read EVERYTHING there too. Ha. So this last weekend we bought the Host (her new book) and it is pretty good. It has a really good story idea, although I am only 80 pages into it. tavis only has about 80 pages left and he says he can't put it down. I recommend it for your next read.
